Recruiting and Supporting NBC Candidates
AZtln is actively involved in increasing the presence impact of National Board Certified teachers in Arizona. We work to identify potential candidates and encourage them to pursue certification. We also provide extensive support throughout the certification process, including large and small group facilitation as well as on-going mentoring. In addition, AZtln serves as a voice promoting public policy that offers incentives and support for National Board Certification.
